Jonathan and Charity first met at Sister Louisa's Church bar in Athens, GA in the Summer of 2013 through mutual friend and co-conspirator, Dane Robinson.

Jonathan and Charity started dating for the second time in the summer of 2020. Jonathan moved to Nashville in December 2021 to join her after she bought her first house.

Charity asked Jonathan to marry her on June 2nd, 2026 in front of the Barcelona Wine Bar restaurant in Nashville, TN, the location of many of their dates throughout the years.
